Everyone has one of these at some time.
It can be the little bit of shadow that clouds your otherwise sunny day (we actually need that small amount of contrast as we really can have too much ‘good’), but sometimes Bad Days seem to come just one after another.
There are three situations where you can help yourself:
No matter which one you are facing, or have faced, there is some direct action that you can take that will help you either get through the day, or recover from that experience.
